HIS WAY IS PERFECT

The Good News of Jesus Christ

According to God's Holy Word

As for God, His way is perfect; The word of the Lord is proven;

He is a shield to all who trust in Him. (Ps. 18:30)

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. (Gen. 1:1) • So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. (Gen. 1:27) • This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. (1 Jn. 1:5) • The Lord is righteous in all His ways, Gracious in all His works. (Ps. 145:17) • The soul who sins shall die. (Ez. 18:4) • Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned (Rom. 5:12) • Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like...those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. (Gal. 5:19‭-‬21) • Now after John was put in prison, Jesus came to Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.” (Mk. 1:14‭-‬15) • Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and... He was buried, and... He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures… He was seen by over five hundred brethren at once. (1 Cor. 15:3-6) • For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Rom. 6:23) • For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. (Jn. 3:16) • He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him. (Jn. 3:36) • For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit. (1 Pet. 3:18) • But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. (Jn. 1:12-13)    (All Scripture in the NKJV)

(Back)

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. (Jn. 14:6) • Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, And strength to your bones. (Prov. 3:5-8) • Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent. (Acts 17:30) • Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God. For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. (2 Cor. 5:17-21) • For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. (Eph. 2:8-10) • "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.” Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie. “I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star.” And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely. (Rev. 22:12‭-‬15)

Are You With God Or Against Him?

Do you agree with what God has said?  Continue reading to find out!  “It is impossible for God to lie” (Heb. 6:18).  “Let God be true though every one were a liar” (Rom. 3:4).  “Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God!  How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!  ‘For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been his counselor?’” (Rom. 11:33-34)
“Sin” means to miss the mark and fall short of God's standard. It is an act of rebellion and disobedience to God's law.  Some examples of sin are:  envy, jealousy, gossip, slander, pride, arrogance, liars, thieves, deceit, revenge, hate, anger, murder, covetousness, lust, adultery, sex outside of marriage, divorce, greed, homosexuality, disobeying parents, drunkards, cowardice, giving approval to those who practice these things (Matt. 5:21-22, 27-28; Rom. 1:29-32; 1 Cor. 6:9-10; Gal. 5:19-21; Rev. 21:8).
God says you are a sinner.  “The LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” (Gen. 6:5)  “Who can say, “I have made my heart pure; I am clean from my sin?” (Prv. 20:9)  “If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us . . . If we say we have not sinned, we make God a liar, and his word is not in us.” (1 John 1:8, 10)  “None is righteous, no, not one . . . no one seeks for God . . . no one does good, not even one . . . .‘There is no fear of God before their eyes.’” (Rom. 3:10, 11, 12, 18)
God is Holy.  “Holy” means set apart, above all.  “There is none holy like the LORD” (1 Sam. 2:2).  “Who is like you, O LORD . . . majestic in holiness” (Ex. 15:11).  “This God—His way is perfect” (Ps. 18:30).  “For you are not a God who delights in wickedness; evil may not dwell with you.” (Ps. 5:4)
God commands you to obey His law and His law demands perfect obedience.  “Cursed be everyone who does not abide by all things written in the Book of the Law, and do them.” (Gal. 3:10)  “For whoever keeps the whole law but fails in one point has become guilty of all of it.” (Jam. 2:10)
You know you’re guilty of disobeying God’s law and this is very serious.  “Your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God” (Isaiah 59:2).  God hates all who do evil (Ps. 5:5).  “The wages of sin is death” (Rom. 6:23).

(Back)

You will be held accountable.  God is Judge.  “And no creature is hidden from His sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of Him to Whom we must give account.” (Heb. 4:13)  “It is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment” (Heb. 9:27).  “It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.” (Heb. 10:31)  “There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, He who is able to save and to destroy.” (Jas. 4:12)
But God is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness (Ex. 34:6).  God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked.  He is patient, not wishing that any should perish, but that all turn from their way (Ezekiel 33:11, 2 Peter 3:9).
By trusting in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, you can have peace with God and be saved from the wrath of God (Rom. 5:1, 9).  You can be freed from your sins (Rev. 1:5).   “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners” (1 Tim. 1:15).  “For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus” (1 Tim. 2:5).  “Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’” (Jn. 14:6)  In Jesus Christ alone we become the righteousness of God (2 Cor. 5:21).  In Jesus Christ alone is everlasting and eternal life (Jn. 3:16).  “But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God” (Jn. 1:12).
If you do not believe in Jesus Christ you will die in your sins (Jn. 8:24, Heb. 10:26-31).  Those who do not believe the son shall not see life, but God's Wrath remains on them (Jn. 3:36).
Come to Jesus and find rest for your soul (Matt. 11:28-30, Heb. 4:1).

Text of Tract

Front:

Oftentimes, those who work the hardest and care the most are thanked the least. As God cares for us, He uses many different people to help us along the short path of life. Thank you for your kind assistance and service! God tells us in His Word, “in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you” (1 Thess 5:18). Please give me a moment to tell you what I’m most thankful for.

Back:

This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. • Jesus came to Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.” • Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures… He was buried… He rose again the third day… He was seen.  • Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit.  • He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.
• God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble. • Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. • Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!  • Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
